You just have to try our TC Debut #15--duck meat, rubbed with 10 different seasonings--pink salt, green peppercorns, marjoram, fenugreek, organic orange peel and drizzled with Mavrodaphne, stacked and vertically roasted. Sliced to order. Served with a pile of fries, paprika yogurt sauce and best enjoyed with a Surly Bender or Agionimo, our ⅓ off wine selection for February!
