Simple and simply delicious--the tradition of putting bits of food--shellfish, veggies, snails, fish, cheese, into a small iron fry pan with wine or ouzo and lots of olive oil and broiled for a quick and tasty meze--appetizer--scooped out of the sizzling pan with chunks of bread or pita. This one was part of the Children's Theatre Chef-In-My-Home Benefit menu that Anna demoed for 8 lucky winners because the Christoforides' children order it more than anything else and squabble over the last bite!
