All natural, grass fed lamb shanks from our friends, Bonnie and Joe of Hill and Vale Farms, braised in white wine and extra virgin olive oil with organic artichoke hearts, carrots and scallions until the meat falls off the bone. Finished with the quintessential Greek sauce, avgolemono: fresh squeezed lemon juice beaten into whole eggs and streamed into the hot pan juices to thicken without added starch. This is Anna's world favorite dish!
